01The Challenge

The corporate WordPress installation used a poorly configured Avada setup, suffered from severe performance and stability problems, and contained outdated plugins and years of accumulated data.

02The Solution

As an employee on a three-person delivery team, I worked across development, maintenance, security, Azure operations, and migration. I created a custom cleanup plugin, hardened the WordPress installation, and helped migrate the corporate website to Webflow.

03The Impact

The engagement improved platform stability and security, produced PageSpeed scores of up to 98 on selected projects, and led to continued responsibility across major corporate and Puerto Rico public-sector websites.
