01The Challenge

The WordPress platform had performance issues, visual inconsistencies, outdated and inactive plugins, publicly exposed endpoints, and former team members who still retained access.

02The Solution

My work has focused on security hardening, access reviews, plugin maintenance, performance optimization, new functionality, visual fixes, technical SEO, and a clearer mega menu. I collaborate with the specialists responsible for Arlo, Moodle, and server operations when cross-system support is needed.

03The Impact

The ongoing engagement has strengthened the security, maintainability, performance, and visual consistency of a global training platform serving more than 150,000 users across approximately 60 countries.
